Everything you need to know about how your goodies are packed, shipped and delivered across India.
Shipping charges
Shipping is completely free on every order, whether you pay online or choose cash on delivery. There's no minimum order value and no surprise fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
Order processing
We start working on your order the same or next working day. Every goodie is quality-checked, packed safely and handed to our delivery partner within 1–3 working days.
Working days are Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery timeline
Most orders reach you within 3–7 days of dispatch, depending on your pincode.

Sometimes things outside our control, like weather, festive rush, strikes or courier delays, can slow a delivery down. If that happens, we'll keep you posted.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is handed to the courier, we'll send you a tracking link by SMS, email and WhatsApp. Here's the journey your goodies take:
Address & pincodes
Please double-check your address, pincode and phone number at checkout. The courier will call this number before delivery.
Made a mistake? Message us right away on WhatsApp or email us with your order number. We can update the address as long as the order hasn't been dispatched yet.
We deliver to all serviceable pincodes in India. If your pincode isn't covered, you'll be told at checkout before you pay.
