If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we cancel it and email you a confirmation.
Prepaid orders are refunded within 5 working days. COD orders simply aren't charged.
Refunds
Refunded in full to your original payment method within 5 working days of confirmation.
Nothing to refund. We simply cancel the order and you won't be charged.
Already dispatched?
Once your order has been handed to the courier, it can't be cancelled. But you still have two easy options:
Simply decline the package when the courier arrives. It'll come back to us.
Accept it and raise a return within 3 days of delivery.
